Christopher Carter was born and raised in West Virginia, alongside his three little brothers. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Marshall University (Go Herd!) and later completed his Master of Arts in College Student Development and Administration at Shepherd University. Chris joins the UCDC team from American University in Washington, D.C., where he most recently served as Associate Director for Residence Life. His work includes designing residential curriculum and assessing student-facing initiatives connected to co-curricular learning. In his free time, Chris enjoys attending comedy shows, collecting vinyl records, singing *badly*, or playing video games. Chris is also a big fan of all things Beyoncé and Olivia Pope! Chris is excited to begin working closely alongside the UCDC team and our students!
