What is SUIP?
The Subsidizing Unpaid Interns Program (SUIP) provides UCDC students who secure an unpaid internship with a $1,000 scholarship.
How are funds distributed?
Once funds are processed by financial aid, they will be reflected in each students' financial aid account/awards.
Funds may show up in a variety of ways based on each students' financial aid package/eligibilty. SUIP Funds may be disbursed as a refund or in the following ways:
• reduce your student loan debt by the amount of your award.
• be awarded less than the $1000 maximum eligibility.
• be disbursed to you in a future semester or term.
