All maintenance requests must be submitted through the UC Washington Center's Work Order site, which is only accessible while using the UC Washington Center's wireless or ethernet networks. By completing a work order you are granting our maintenance team and/or affiliate contract workers access to your designated space to address your concern.

The UC Washington Center has secured parking by reservation only.
Staff: Daily or Monthly Parking is available at the UC Washington Center for faculty, staff, and approved guests of the Center.
Rates: $10/day or $170/month
To reserve a parking space, please complete the Staff/Faculty Parking Application and email it to parking@ucdc.edu. If approved, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Limited guest housing is available at the UC Washington Center for UC faculty, staff, and approved UCDC guests. Our guest apartments offer a comfortable, convenient home base—whether you're visiting for a single night or an extended stay. Located on the eleventh floor, these private units provide an ideal retreat for visiting scholars, conference attendees, and anyone conducting business in the DC area.
Because we operate as an academic facility, housing availability varies each term and remains prioritized for teaching faculty. Space is limited, so early planning is encouraged.
