Submit a Work Order

If you encounter a maintenance issue, equipment malfunction, or any facility-related concern at the UC Washington Center, submitting a work order is the fastest way to get it resolved. Work orders allow the Building Services team to track requests, prioritize based on urgency, and ensure that all issues are addressed promptly.

To submit a work order, access the Building Services Portal or contact the Residential Life or Facilities office. You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Your name and contact information

  • The location of the issue (apartment, classroom, common area, etc.)

  • A description of the problem, including any relevant details or photos
