Power Outage

THE UC WASHINGTON CENTER WILL BE CLOSED FRIDAY MARCH 23RD FROM 8AM – 5PM FOR A SCHEDULED POWER OUTAGE FOR MANDATORY TESTING OF THE FACILITY'S ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

All faculty, staff, and residents will need to vacate the building during the power outage. Residents will be required to sign out at security to account for everyone. In preparation for this mandatory electrical maintenance, we kindly ask that you turn of your computer and other devices before you leave. The following technology services will not be available by 8:00 AM on the day of the test.

• VPN – your office computer will be turned off and you will not be able to access your computer using the VPN.
