The evening will begin with a mini lecture by Professor Scott Talan on the art of salary negotiation and why it pays to know your BATNA (Best Alternative To Negotiated Agreement) in seeking ZOPA (Zone of Possible Agreement).
Following the lecture, students and alumni will engage in “speed networking” where alumni will sit at tables grouped by professional interest or area of expertise.
