Audio Visual Audio/Visual - Several of the event spaces at the Center come equipped with built-in A/V resources. These include VCR, DVD, document camera, assistive audio and a computer with Internet access. The computer is configured with the Microsoft Windows operating system and a range of software including Microsoft Powerpoint.
Videoconferencing Services Videoconferencing Services - The Center has IP and ISDN-based videoconferencing services available. Videoconferencing is provided in 15-minute blocks with a minimum session time of 30 minutes. Contact the Events Manager for fees, terms and conditions.
Computer Kiosks Computer Kiosks - The Center has two computer kiosks in its lobby that are available for event participants to check web-based e-mail or surf the Internet.
Technology Support Technology Support - Technology support for events is available during regular weekday technology support hours. There is no charge associated with the use of built-in house audio without modification. Additional fee-based support and services are available.
