Tiffany Loftin, AFL-CIO

 

Tiffany Dena Loftin is the Racial Justice Program Coordinator for the Civil, Human, and Women’s Rights Department at the AFL-CIO. Loftin guides the work of the AFL-CIO on matters of racial and economic justice. She was previously president of the U.S. Students Association where she led campaigns addressing student loans and expansion of financial aid. Loftin is a regular contributor discussing politics and black culture on the Roland Martin Show, and has appeared on Fox News, ABC, TV One and National Public Radio. President Obama recently appointed Loftin to serve on the Commission on Education Excellence for African Americans in Higher Education.
